Does taking ectinib hydrochloride tablets cause stabbing pain in urination?

Stinging pain in urination may occur with Ectinib Hydrochloride Tablets, but is less common.
Ectinib hydrochloride tablets are indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with sensitive mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor gene, and may also be tried for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer after failure of at least one prior chemotherapy regimen (meaning platinum-based combination chemotherapy).
Adverse reactions such as rash, elevated aminotransferases, diarrhea, loss of appetite, vomiting, and abdominal pain are common after taking the drug, and adverse reactions such as painful urination, malaise, fever, and dizziness are rare. Therefore, stinging pain in urination may occur with the consumption of ectinib hydrochloride tablets, but it is relatively rare. It is contraindicated in persons with known severe hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the product, and is contraindicated in patients under 18 years of age.
When using Ectinib Hydrochloride Tablets for treatment, the medication must be used strictly in accordance with the doctor’s instructions. If there is any serious discomfort after the use of the drug, you should consult a doctor or seek medical treatment.
