It is usually suitable for infants and children over 6 months of age, but it should be noted that children with fever not exceeding 38.5°C should not take fever-reducing drugs first, mainly for physical cooling, and fever-reducing drugs should not be taken at the same time as aspirin, compound aminopyrine, anacin and other drugs, which have greater side effects and are not recommended.
