Shoulder tightness is common for the following reasons: first, excessive shoulder strain, such as heavy upper extremity work, repeated end lift movements, deltoid muscle strain caused by obvious strain, stiffness of the deltoid muscle caused by shoulder joint tightness symptoms. During fitness activities, barbell weight, shoulder pushing and dumbbell flying bird movements can lead to muscle fiber tears in the deltoid muscle, causing a large amount of short-term congestion in the deltoid muscle, resulting in tightness of the shoulder joint. Secondly, if the shoulder joint is injured by direct or indirect violence, the soft tissues around the shoulder joint will become edematous and the local tension will increase, which will lead to tightness of the shoulder joint. In these cases, local cold compresses, shoulder rest and braking can be applied to the shoulder joint, and the tightness can be significantly relieved.
