It should not be taken by patients with cold and fever, and should not be taken at the same time with cold and flu medicines. It is not suitable to take quinine or its preparations at the same time. 2. The common dosage forms of Gynostemma are tablets and capsules. It is composed of Paeonia lactiflora, neem seed, Curcuma longa, Poria cocos, Trigonella foetida, Yanhusuo, Radix et Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix et Rhizoma Aromaticae, Radix et Rhizoma Fructus, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Cyperus rotundus, Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and Rhizoma Dioscoreae. It has the effects of clearing heat and inducing dampness (removing heat and dampness from the body), activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis (promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis in the body). This drug can be used for yellowish and thick underbelly, pain in the waist and abdomen, and vulvar itching caused by dampness-heat stasis (accumulation of dampness and heat evils to form stasis). Its adverse effects are not clear and it is contraindicated in pregnant women. Avoid taking with products containing veratrum and dental nitrate. There is no indication of drug interactions in the instructions for tonifying Zhong Yi Qi Pill and Gynecological Inflammatory Drugs, and there is no contraindication to taking the two drugs together.
