Bloating may be caused by physiological factors related to diet, as well as pathological factors such as Helicobacter pylori infection, gastric ulcers and constipation.
1. Physiological factors: Bloating can be triggered by eating too much gas-producing food, such as sweet potatoes, beans, radishes, or swallowing a lot of air.
2. Pathological factors:
(1) Helicobacter pylori infection: when there is Hp infection, it will make the gastrointestinal function decline, which usually leads to the symptoms of bloating, and also accompanied by bad breath, nausea, heartburn and other symptoms.
(2) Gastric ulcer: when there is damage to the gastric mucosa in gastric ulcer, it leads to bloating.
(3) Constipation: It is also common in our life that the bowel movement slows down after a few days of no bowel movement, leading to bloating symptoms.
