Can elevated cardiac enzymes be seen on ultrasound?

Color ultrasound can’t see elevated cardiac enzymes. Color ultrasound is mainly to observe whether there are organic lesions of heart valves, understand whether there is cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac systolic and diastolic function, but it can not assess the normal index of cardiac enzymes, so it can not be judged by color ultrasound to determine whether cardiac enzymes are elevated or not, and can only be carried out through the blood test for cardiac enzymes screening. There are 5 items of cardiac enzymes screening, such as creatine kinase, isoenzyme, aspartate aminotransferase, a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, according to the data of these items can be assessed to see whether the cardiac enzymes are normal or not, and can exclude the cardiac organic diseases in time, but these values can not be assessed by cardiac ultrasound. If symptoms such as panic and shortness of breath, chest tightness, etc. occur, it is recommended to do cardiac enzyme test as soon as possible to find out whether the cardiac enzyme is elevated. Then analyze the cardiac lesions through heart ultrasound and coronary angiography, and combine with the doctor’s recommendations for targeted treatment.
