Aminoglycan chondroitin has little effect on relieving joint ringing. The end of human long bones, some short bones and irregular bones indicate that there is a joint surface covered by hyaline cartilage. The role of hyaline cartilage is to withstand pressure, absorb shock, reduce vibration and impact during exercise, and its smooth surface is covered with a small amount of synovial fluid to reduce friction. Under normal conditions, chondrocytes have the function of maintaining cartilage metabolism, engulfing necrotic and apoptotic cartilage components, synthesizing and secreting cartilage matrix and fibers, but as we age, chondrocytes degenerate and apoptosis, cartilage wear and tear, thinning and peeling, and subchondral bone is exposed. There is no evidence that amylchondroitin can repair the degenerated and broken hyaline cartilage, and it is unlikely to relieve the joint popping.
