  First, the protection during work

  (2) Take the initiative to communicate with friends and relatives: when the epidemic is prevalent, you can greet, encourage and communicate with friends online to strengthen psychological mutual support.
  (3) Ensure regular work and rest: You should try to get up regularly and avoid staying up late to enhance immunity and ensure physical and mental health.
