Endometrial adhesions are clinically not self-induced discomfort, no pain or abdominal pain. Endometrial adhesions are clinically detected by ultrasonography and hysteroscopy. The cause of endometrial adhesions may be due to multiple surgeries on the endometrium, such as abortion, IUD, IUD removal, hysteroscopy, and curettage, which can cause trauma to the endometrium and cause endometrial adhesions, which may lead to infertility, low menstrual blood flow, irregular menstruation, and irregular vaginal bleeding. The diagnosis can be confirmed only by hysteroscopic examination.
