Mechanism of action of leucicidin

The correct name for Leoxibac is Leoxibac tablets. Leoxibac is a soluble guanylate cyclase agonist that stimulates the NO-sGC-cGMP pathway and increases cGMP production, thereby dilating blood vessels and affecting vascular tone, proliferation, fibrosis, and inflammatory responses. It is used for the treatment of persistent, recurrent, or inoperable chronic postoperative thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, and may also be used alone, or in combination with an endothelin receptor antagonist or prostacyclin, in patients with arterial pulmonary hypertension. Possible adverse reactions after taking the drug include: headache, dizziness, dyspepsia, peripheral edema, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea, hematemesis, gastroenteritis, anemia, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic attacks), hypotension, abdominal pain and bloating, and constipation. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to the ingredients of Leoxicidin Tablets, pregnant and lactating women, severe hepatic impairment, idiopathic interstitial fibrosis-associated pulmonary hypertension, and patients with systolic blood pressure of < 95 mm Hg at the start of treatment. This product should not be used in combination with specific type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitors, non-specific PDE inhibitors, nitrates or nitric oxide donor drugs. If you need to use Leociclovir Tablets, please consult a professional doctor, follow the doctor’s instructions, and use the medication reasonably.
