2. open wounds: if the child fell from the bed trauma, wounds are relatively small and only minor abrasions, you can use saline to clean up the wound, and then disinfected with iodine volts, and the use of erythromycin ointment and other medications under the guidance of the doctor to smear the affected area. If the wound is large, it needs to be pressed to stop the bleeding under the guidance of the doctor and sutured by surgery.
3. No obvious wound but the child is obviously unwell: if the child falls from the bed and appears to be crying, pale, vomiting or has consciousness disorder, it may be due to intracranial injury. It is necessary to go to the hospital for a cranial CT examination to determine whether intracranial hemorrhage. If necessary, follow the doctor’s instructions for surgical treatment.
If there is no other abnormality, the baby can be observed temporarily. If there are wounds or other abnormal symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, and carry out relevant examinations to determine whether there is internal bleeding and other injuries, so as to avoid delays due to the lack of obvious symptoms or the inability to make professional judgments.
