If liver cancer is present, it is possible to prolong life if it can be completely resected, but most of the patients’ liver condition is in poor condition and liver surgery cannot be performed. At present, the international standard treatment is systemic treatment (targeted drugs or targeted + immune combined treatment), and our guidelines mostly recommend local + systemic treatment, i.e., combined intervention, radiotherapy, surgery and so on on the basis of target immunity. If there is cancerous thrombus in the main trunk of portal vein of liver cancer, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s advice.
