First of all, the causes of eczema are complex, there are allergic factors, but also local humidity and heat factors combined to form. If the local sweat or urine, long-term stimulation, may therefore lead to the formation of irritant dermatitis. Also fungal infection of the skin tissue may likewise cause some inflammatory reaction in the area and therefore red dots may appear.
