The dietary considerations for children with ADHD and Tourette’s syndrome are roughly the same, mainly: 1. Eat a light diet with more fresh vegetables and fruits; 2. Reduce excitatory, spicy and stimulating diets, such as coffee and cola; 3. Eat less barbecue, fried, greasy and high-calorie, high-fat foods, such as meat and cakes; 4. Eat less puffed foods, foods containing additives and preservatives, such as ham sausage and instant noodles. Bad eating habits can cause heat accumulation in the body, the increase in body waste are turned into pathological products.
