Moderately differentiated endometrial cancer stage Ⅰa can be treated with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatment modalities. Stage Ia endometrial cancer means that the cancer is confined to the uterus and the depth of infiltration is less than 1/2 of the uterus; moderately differentiated describes the degree of differentiation of the cancer cells, and generally the higher the degree of differentiation, the smaller the degree of malignancy. For endometrial cancer, the preferred treatment is comprehensive staging surgery, after which chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other adjuvant treatments can be chosen according to the situation. For patients with stage Ia moderately differentiated endometrial cancer, follow-up observation is generally preferred after surgery, and endoluminal radiation therapy may be considered if there are high-risk factors such as lymphovascular space infiltration, and/or age ≥60 years. If necessary, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy and other treatment modalities may also be considered. In conclusion, it is recommended to seek medical treatment in a timely manner.
