Semen has yellow crystals. If the semen has not changed to liquid after 15-30 minutes, these yellow crystals indicate that this semen has the possibility of not liquefying. The most common symptom of non-liquefaction of semen is prostatitis or seminal vesiculitis. This is because after normal semen is ejaculated, it has to solidify in the seminal vesicles to become jelly-like, and then transform into liquid under the action of prostatic liquefaction enzymes. If it cannot be transformed into liquid, there may be inflammation in the seminal vesicles or prostate gland, resulting in incomplete liquefaction of semen. If this happens, the sperm will lose the power to move forward and it will slow down the normal activity of inhibited sperm, so it will affect fertility.
