Superficial gastritis can be treated symptomatically by improving life and dietary habits and anti-Helicobacter pylori, acid-suppressing drugs, gastrointestinal dynamics drugs, antacids and gastric mucosa protection drugs.
1. Improve living and eating habits: keep regular diet, regular and quantitative. Avoid eating cold, greasy, spicy and stimulating food. Eat more light, easy to digest, nutritionally balanced food.
2. Medication:
(1) Anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs: If H. pylori is positive, the use of omeprazole, bismuth pectin, amoxicillin, furazolidone and other drugs can eradicate H. pylori, but the specific choice of antibiotics and drugs should be in accordance with medical advice.
(2) Acid-suppressing drugs: commonly used drugs such as omeprazole, rabeprazole, etc. can improve acid reflux, heartburn, gastric mucous membrane erosion and other symptoms, inhibit gastric acid secretion, and protect the gastric mucosa.
