Follicle monitoring should be done at least 3 times. If the menstrual cycle is usually 28-30 days, the first follicle monitoring should be done on the 12th day of menstruation to see if there are any follicles growing on the ovaries bilaterally. On the 16th day of menstruation, another monitoring will be done to see if the grown follicles have ruptured and if ovulation has occurred.
