How to regulate physical hypotension

Patients with low blood pressure caused by genetic factors or personal constitution need not worry excessively, patients are mainly regulated through regular exercise and standardized diet, some patients may not like to eat meat in ordinary life, or food with high protein content caused by the patient to appropriate intake of lean meat, eggs and soy products, and at the same time must intake an adequate amount of fruit and vegetables, recommended about 250g of fruit per day, 300-500g of vegetables. It is recommended that about 250g of fruits and 300-500g of vegetables be consumed daily, and that lean meat such as beef and chicken be consumed appropriately. Patients should exercise appropriately and regularly. It is recommended that about half an hour of moderate intensity exercise every day can improve the patient’s cardiopulmonary function and help raise blood pressure. Some patients with severe somatic hypotension may choose to consume more salt appropriately, elevated salt can lead to proper sodium and water retention in the body thus raising blood pressure.
