Do you know the classification of stomatitis?

  Malnutrition Stomatitis Malnutrition stomatitis occurs frequently in people with nutritional deficiencies and vitamin B deficiencies, with vitamin B deficiency causing the most common stomatitis. The manifestations are bilateral wet white corners of the mouth, erosion or ulceration, with transverse furrows, or even from the corners of the mouth to the intraoral mucosa or perioral skin extension, furrows vary in depth and length, pain is not obvious, the corners of the mouth is often painful when irritated. It is often accompanied by dry, cracked lips, occasionally scaly, and slightly swollen lips. The dorsum of the tongue is smooth, with atrophy of the filiform papillae and scattered distribution of edematous and hypertrophic fungiform papillae, and there are often teeth marks on the edge of the tongue. It is also often accompanied by labyrinthitis and linguitis. Treatment should be enhanced nutrition and supplementation of vitamin B complex. Coccidiostomatitis Coccidiostomatitis is a stomatitis caused by streptococcal and staphylococcal infections. It is mostly seen in elderly edentulous patients. It manifests as bilateral wet white corners of the mouth, vesicles or ulcers with horizontal fissures, and also pus, bleeding and crusting. Treatment should be localized by cleaning and rubbing with an antibacterial agent (e.g., erythromycin ointment), and oral broad-spectrum antibiotics may be administered.  Fungal keratitis Fungal keratitis is a keratitis caused by fungal (mainly Candida albicans) infection. PAS staining reveals Candida mycelium. Treatment should be localized with mycoplasma solution to clean and dry, and then topical application of mycoplasma, clotrimazole, miconazole, etc.
