If the tooth is decayed, if it is a milk tooth, observation can be done; wisdom teeth or multiple teeth can be extracted; permanent teeth in the normal teeth, according to the degree of tooth decay, choose root canal treatment after crown restoration or extraction and other treatment methods.

3. Normal teeth in the permanent dentition: if the remaining root is long enough, root canal treatment will be followed by crown restoration; if the remaining root is located under the gum, root canal treatment will be followed by crown lengthening and then crown restoration; if the root is short or resorption occurs, it is better to extract the tooth and then restore it with dental implant or other prosthesis later on.
If the tooth is hollowed out, go to the hospital in time, take a root film of the tooth, and choose the best restoration plan according to the condition of the remaining roots.
