Early symptoms of femoral head necrosis

Early symptoms of femoral head necrosis mainly manifest as localized pain mainly in the groin, hip and thigh areas.
Necrosis of the femoral head mostly occurs in middle-aged men, the early main manifestation of localized pain, the groin area, hip and thigh root area is common, some patients may have bilateral pain, or accompanied by knee pain. Localized pain mainly manifests as intermittent episodes, and the pain gradually worsens as the disease progresses. Patients with bilateral lesions may also have alternating pain.
A small number of patients may not have typical clinical symptoms in the early stage and need to be detected by imaging.
Early manifestations of osteonecrosis of the femoral head are often atypical and easy to be ignored, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital as soon as possible for examination, do not avoid medical treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
