What is the best thing to eat to fix sweating and improve qi

Fixing sweating and benefiting qi can be treated with Chinese herbal formulas such as Yu Ping Feng San, Oyster San and Sheng Wei San. However, due to the differences in personal constitution and condition, the efficacy of each medicine varies from person to person and cannot be generalized.
1. Yu Ping Feng San: It is composed of Atractylodes macrocephala, Fenghuang Feng and Astragalus membranaceus. Its efficacy is to consolidate the surface, benefit the qi and stop sweating. It is used for spontaneous sweating due to deficiency of the surface (frequent natural sweating due to weakness of the muscle surface). It is characterized by sweating and fear of wind, pale complexion (white color and lack of luster), and susceptibility of a person with deficiency to wind.
This formula should not be used by those who suffer from spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the daytime caused by external infection) or night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up).
2. Oyster Powder: composed of ephedra root, astragalus, calcined oyster and floating wheat. Its effects are benefiting Qi and consolidating the surface, astringing Yin and stopping sweating (astringing Yin fluid and reducing sweating). It is used in the treatment of night sweating and spontaneous sweating. It is manifested as frequent spontaneous sweating, which is more obvious during sleep, as well as palpitation, shortness of breath, tiredness, alarm and so on. The contraindications of this formula have not been clarified.
3. Sheng Wei San: composed of maitong, schizandra and ginseng. Its efficacy is to promote the production of body fluid and vital energy, astringing Yin and stopping sweating. It is used in cases of warmth, summer heat, exhaustion of qi and injury of yin, as well as qi and yin deficiency. Symptoms include excessive sweating, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, dry throat and thirst, or dry cough with little phlegm and spontaneous sweating. It should not be used by those who have not been relieved of external evils and whose qi and yin have not been injured by the summer heat.
The above medications should be taken under the guidance of a physician, and should not be used on their own to avoid adverse effects. If you feel unwell, we recommend that you consult a doctor for evidence-based treatment, so as not to delay your condition.
