What causes men to fart a lot?

Frequent farting in men has more factors, which may be related to dietary factors, intestinal flora imbalance, liver and gallbladder diseases, etc. It needs to be judged in combination with other symptoms as well as medical history.
Farting, from a medical point of view, refers to abdominal distension and exhaustion, which is the process of excessive gas in the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in some gases being discharged outward from the rectum.
1. Dietary factors: Because men eat more, they may have consumed too much gas-producing food, which leads to excessive exhaust, such as beans or soy products, commonly found in pasta, eggs, groundnuts, soybeans, milk, etc. It may also be due to drinking a large amount of gas-producing carbonated beverages, such as Coke, Sprite, etc., which can also cause frequent farting.
2. Intestinal flora imbalance: If the intestinal flora is imbalanced, it will increase the harmful bacteria and decrease the beneficial bacteria, leading to reduced digestive function. Some corrupt flora may also ferment abnormally, thus producing too much gas and causing increased exhaust in men.
3. Liver and gallbladder diseases: Liver and gallbladder are the organs of digestion in the organism. If liver or gallbladder diseases occur, it may affect the digestive function, resulting in the intestinal food being difficult to be digested and absorbed, and produce abnormal fermentation, thus causing more exhaust gas in men.
If the above symptoms persist without relief, it is recommended to seek timely medical attention to clarify the cause of the disease under the guidance of a medical professional.
