Bleeding after conjugal intercourse is a disease that requires prompt examination and treatment. Bleeding after intercourse between husband and wife needs to consider the following diseases: cervical erosion, cervical canal polyp, cervical cancer. If there is cervical erosion, further cervical cancer screening should be done, including cervical TCT and HPV testing to rule out HPV infection and cervical cytology lesions, and if necessary, cervical biopsy should be done to clarify the diagnosis and rule out cervical cancer. If there is no problem with TCT and HPV, simple cervical erosion is considered to be caused by acute inflammation and can be treated with oral anti-inflammatory drugs or cervical LEEP. If there are cervical polyps, hysteroscopic cervical polypectomy can be done.
