Creatine kinase isoenzyme 47.5, how to treat it

Creatine kinase isoenzyme refers to CK-MB in clinic, the normal value is 0~25IU/L, 47.5IU/L suggests that it is elevated, which is generally related to acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis and muscle injury. Acute myocardial infarction requires implantation of stent and medication; myocarditis requires bed rest and anti-infective treatment; and muscle injury requires braking of the affected area and the use of anti-inflammatory painkillers.
1. Acute myocardial infarction: myocardial ischemia and necrosis caused by coronary artery stenosis can be detected as elevated markers of myocardial injury such as CK-MB, troponin, and so on. Patients with severe chest pain, sweating and so on, need to go to the hospital in time to implant a stent and other interventional treatments, and to take drugs such as aspirin, tegretol, atorvastatin, and so on.
2. Myocarditis: viral and bacterial infections cause myocardial inflammatory response, myocardial injury, CK-MB, troponin and other elevations, patients with panic, fatigue, chest tightness, etc., the general treatment includes bed rest, light diet, drug therapy, including penicillin and other anti-infective, adenosine triphosphate, multivitamins and other nutrients for the myocardium.
3. Muscle injury: muscle injury can lead to increased CK-MB, general treatment includes initial braking of the affected area, first cold compresses for 1 day and then switch to hot compresses, the use of anti-inflammatory painkillers such as nimesulide, ibuprofen, and other anti-inflammatory drugs, there are muscle lacerations that need to be fixed with an elastic bandage.
There are three isoenzymes of creatine kinase, CK-BB, CK-MM and CK-MB, CK-MB is mainly found in cardiac muscle, and a small amount of it is also found in skeletal muscle and brain. If the patient’s creatine kinase isoenzymes are 47.5IU/L, it is recommended to go to the hospital for consultation, and then treat it positively after clarifying the cause.
