What to do with mild emphysema with pulmonary alveoli

Lung alveoli should be pulmonary pustules. For mild emphysema with pulmonary pustules, if the pulmonary pustules are not ruptured, drugs such as salbutamol can be applied under the guidance of physicians; if the pulmonary pustules are ruptured, the treatment should be directed at pneumothorax. 1. Unruptured blisters: emphysema is easy to be combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the main treatment is inhalation bronchodilator (salbutamol, ipratropium bromide, etc.), or the combination of bronchodilator and glucocorticosteroid (e.g. budesonide formoterol, etc.), and those who are accompanied by infections can be appropriately applied with antibiotics such as amoxicillin and expectorants such as aminobromine hydrochloride for the treatment. If the pulmonary herpes are huge and there are indications for surgery, surgical treatment such as pulmonary herpetic resection can be carried out. 2. Rupture of pulmonary herpes: when the rupture of pulmonary herpes leads to pneumothorax, treatment should be carried out for pneumothorax. When the area of lung compression is less than 20%, conservative treatments such as bed rest can be carried out; if the area of lung compression is large, exhaust treatment such as thoracocentesis and closed drainage of the chest cavity should be carried out. Once the diagnosis of mild emphysema with pulmonary pustules is made, the patient should go to a regular hospital in time, cooperate with the doctor to improve the relevant examinations and standardize the treatment.
