What is the normal range of joint mobility

Joint mobility ranges from 0 to 180 degrees.
The joint with the greatest mobility in the human body is the shoulder joint, and its activities include forward flexion and backward extension internal rotation and external rotation as well as abduction and supination. It can move within the range of 180 degrees, so the shoulder joint is very flexible, but less stable and prone to dislocation.
Other joints such as the hip, knee, elbow, ankle, and fingers have small joint fluctuations ranging from 0 to 90 degrees. They are not as flexible as the shoulder joint, but they are very stable and not prone to dislocation. Among them, the hip, knee and ankle joints have a certain degree of rotational ability, with a rotational angle of 0~45 degrees, which can accomplish some more complicated movements in daily life.
