What are the effects of boiling radish in plain water

Radish boiled in plain water has the effects of eliminating food, lowering qi, resolving phlegm, stopping bleeding, quenching thirst and diuretic. However, the active ingredients may be limited and cannot achieve the effect of treating diseases.
