How to improve swollen eyes

Swollen eyes can be caused by physiological factors, granuloma, conjunctivitis, glomerulonephritis and so on. Different causes, different treatment methods, mainly general treatment, drug treatment and so on.
1. Physiological factors: If the eyes are swollen due to physiological factors such as drinking too much water before going to bed at night or staying up too late. Usually no special treatment is needed. Supplementary sleep and local hot compresses can help improve blood circulation around the eyes and relieve the above symptoms.
2. Wheat grain swelling: If the eyes are swollen due to wheat grain swelling, you can apply levofloxacin eye drops, tobramycin eye drops and other antibiotic eye medications. If the abscess fails to subside for a long time, surgical drainage should be considered.
3. Conjunctivitis: If the eye is swollen due to conjunctivitis, if it is caused by bacterial infection, erythromycin ophthalmic ointment, gentamycin ophthalmic ointment and other antibiotic ophthalmic drugs can be applied. 4. Glomerulonephritis: If the eye swelling is caused by glomerulonephritis, immunosuppressants such as methylprednisolone and prednisone acetate can be applied, together with diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide and furosemide, to alleviate the swelling of the eyes.
