How to tell if it’s an Aspergillus infection

Aspergillus infection is mainly judged by pathological tissue examination, pathogen culture, imaging, G test, GM test and so on. 1. Pathological tissue examination: through the diseased tissue or lymph nodes for tissue biopsy, through the biopsy tissue for pathological smear, and then under the microscope to observe the presence or absence of Aspergillus to confirm the diagnosis. 2. Pathogen culture examination: the affected tissue or organ secretion directly for bacterial culture, see Aspergillus spores and mycelium in the petri dish, suggesting the existence of Aspergillus infection. Aspergillus can also be judged by imaging performance, G test, GM test, the infection needs to take voriconazole, itraconazole, amphotericin B and other antifungal drugs under the guidance of the doctor in time for treatment, in addition to the need for regular review, so as to avoid recurrence.
