3. Hypothermia injury, patients with hypothermia injury to both ears, the cause of fever in both ears will occur when the body temperature returns to normal.
4. Auricular chondritis: the disease is related to trauma, pathogen infection, etc. Patients are prone to auricular distension and burning sensation, fever, loss of appetite, irritability, increased body temperature and other symptoms, which can be manifested as fever in both ears.
