What’s wrong with getting up in the morning and landing on your heel?

When you get up in the morning and your heel hurts on the ground, this condition may be related to the following etiologies: 1. There may be vascular lesions in the lower extremities. If the patient has a disease such as thrombo-occlusive vasculitis, it may lead to poor blood circulation in the lower extremities, which is especially obvious at night. This can cause coldness, purple, and pain in the distal part of the lower extremity, the foot, and this pain can increase rapidly in the morning when you suddenly get off the ground. 2. There may be excessive pressure. If the patient sleeps at night, there is excessive pressure on the root of the thigh, or the foot is placed on a hard surface, both of which can lead to insufficient blood supply to the skin of the heel area, and then suddenly go down to the ground, it may lead to stabbing pain due to the sudden restoration of blood circulation. 3. There may also be osteophytes in the heel area, which is often referred to as bone spurs. This condition causes significant pain when the patient goes down to the ground in the morning.
