Infusion of cephalosporin cannot be generalized, usually mild infections require 1-3 days of infusion as a course of treatment. Mild infections are acute upper respiratory tract infections such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, etc., and white blood cells in the blood not exceeding 10,000-12,000 cells/L are sufficient. When the inflammation is in moderate infection, such as gastroenteritis, appendicitis, lung infection and pneumonia, usually 3-5 days of infusion is a course of treatment. When the infection is severe and the temperature is moderate to high, a week of infusion is required as a course of treatment, and the patient’s white blood cell status, age and tolerance should also be observed.
