Why do you have closed mouth acne pimples that keep recurring?

The main considerations for long and recurring acne are related to endocrine factors, abnormal keratinization of sebaceous glands in hair follicles, and dietary factors.
1. Endocrine abnormalities: Elevated androgens can cause sebaceous glands to enlarge and sebaceous gland secretions to increase, resulting in the appearance of closed mouth acne. If androgens continue to be too high, they will keep stimulating sebaceous gland secretion, resulting in the condition recurring.
2. Abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous glands: Abnormal keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts will lead to narrowing and blockage of the ducts, which makes it impossible for oil to be discharged smoothly, resulting in the appearance of closed mouth acne. If the keratinization is improved after treatment, the condition will be recovered to a certain extent. If the keratosis is not completely cured, the ducts may be blocked again and acne may occur.
3. Dietary factors: After consuming sugar and fat, sebaceous glands may be stimulated to secrete and cause acne. After treatment, the symptoms can be effectively improved, but if you do not do a good job of prognosis and consume a large amount of the above foods again, it may lead to a relapse of the condition.
It is recommended to seek medical treatment in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment if the above symptoms occur.
