How to balance the training of simple equipment?

  1.Definition With the help of simple equipment such as balance boards and balls to train dynamic balance.  2.Indications and contraindications Same as training without equipment.  3.Equipment and appliances Gymnastic mat, therapy ball, foam tube, sitting chair, therapy table, parallel bars, balance board, weight scale, mirror, skateboard, stepping board.  4, operation methods and steps (1) hard floor – soft cushion training: patients first stand on the hard floor, gradually transition to thin carpet, thin pillow or sofa cushion standing. (2) balance board training: the therapist and the patient both stand on the balance board, the therapist slowly shakes the balance board with both feet, and adjusts the patient’s standing posture with both hands to induce a corrective response of the patient’s head and trunk to the midline and a corrective response of the abduction of one upper limb; (3) ball, stick or barrel training: the therapist and the patient stand face to face to grasp the gymnastic stick, the patient first uses the healthy side The therapist rolls the ball or roller back and forth with the foot, and the patient’s lower extremity completes the flexion and extension of the lower extremity with the rolling; then the lower extremity on the affected side stands up and the healthy foot steps on the ball to complete similar movements.  5.
