What are the criteria for breast beauty?

There never seems to be a shortage of topics about the beauty of the female breast. This is true in both ancient and modern times. Recently, along with the broadcast of Zhang Yimou’s new work “Full of Gold”, an interesting phenomenon has emerged: what people seem to be talking about most is not the twists and turns of the plot, the shock of the scenes, but the tightly bound, large, imposing breasts of the palace queen in the film. Thus, the topic of breast beauty is once again so clearly presented in front of everyone. However, what kind of breasts are considered beautiful? Does it have to be like the Queen of the Palace in the movie? The digital standard of breast beauty The beauty of the breast is not “big” as the standard. Natural, well-proportioned, normal breasts are, of course, beautiful breasts. The medical aesthetic standards of breasts are: hemispherical or cone-shaped, soft, elastic, bilaterally symmetrical, located in the upper chest, between the second and sixth ribs, the medial border in the lateral line of the sternum, the lateral border in the anterior axillary line, slightly upward, about 8 to 10 cm thick. The areola is about 3.5 to 4.8 cm in diameter, red and pink in color, with a clear demarcation line with the breast skin. The nipple is located between the 4th rib or 4th to 5th rib, and should protrude slightly outward, about 11 to 13 cm from the midline of the sternum, about 18 to 22 cm from the sternal notch, and 1/3 the size of the areola diameter. Breast beauty should also be judged in conjunction with the individual’s bust (over the nipple bust), height, shoulder width, waist (over the umbilicus waist), fat and thin. Like wearing clothes and hats, to match properly to reflect the beauty. 1, the relationship with height: the ratio of bust / height, less than 0.49 for too small breasts, 0.50 ~ 0.53 for ordinary type breasts, 0.53 ~ 0.60 for the fullness of beauty, more than 0.60 is too large breasts. 2. Relationship with waist circumference and hip circumference: The ratio of waist circumference to breast circumference is 0.72~0.73 for harmonious and beautiful breasts, and the ratio of hip circumference to breast circumference is about 1.1. 3. Relationship with shoulder shape: For the same size of breast, the breast of women with cut shoulders feels larger visually than the actual one, and the breast of women with shrugged shoulders is smaller than the actual one. The shape of the breast can be simply divided into disc, hemisphere, cone and pendulous (see above), generally the hemisphere and cone type is beautiful. The main features that reflect the shape of the breast are the intermammary sulcus, the inframammary fold, the curvature of the outer breast, the height (thickness) from the nipple to the pectoralis major muscle, and the degree of breast ptosis. During a woman’s lifetime, the shape and size of her breasts change as she ages. The estrogen secreted during different developmental periods has the greatest impact on the beauty of the breasts. During adolescence, estrogen is gradually secreted, and the breasts are small and firm at this time, with a wide spacing between them. During youth, estrogen is secreted in large quantities, and women’s breasts are plump, round, full and elastic. After menopause, the breasts shrink significantly in size due to the sharp decrease in sex hormone secretion and scarcity. Due to the strong secretion of estrogen during adolescence and puberty, this period is the most ideal stage for breast shape. In addition, girls with thin body shapes do not need to have overly full breasts; while fuller women should have equally full breasts, which is just right. Regardless of how aesthetic standards change, breasts should be consistent with the proportions, skin tone, and texture of the entire body in order to be aesthetically pleasing. It is easy to ignore the beauty of the nipple In reality, the most discussed and concerned about the beauty of the breast is often the size of the breast, but not enough concern for the beauty of the nipple or areola. In fact, both are equally important to the beauty of female breasts. There was once a patient who was afraid to go out with her boyfriend. The reason for this was that her nipples were long, her areolas were large and dark, and she had some unsightly sweaty hair growing around them, which seriously affected her self-confidence. Clinically, these phenomena are referred to as enlarged, overgrown nipples, hyperpigmented, oversized and hairy areolas. Treatment is relatively simple and can be done by laser, permanent bleaching (tattooing) or applying whitening products (such as arbutin and L-C, A acid) to eliminate areola pigmentation; using areolar circumferential excision can treat oversized areolas with good results and does not affect nipple sensitivity; using nipple reduction (partial removal of the central nipple or removal of one side) can correct enlarged or overgrown nipples. In addition, nipple invagination is also a common disease that affects the beauty of female breasts and can be treated with continuous negative pressure suction or surgical release, graft filling, and nippleplasty. The beauty of breasts is a never-ending topic, and the pursuit of breast beauty has become a persistent concept for women. The pursuit of beauty should be normal and peaceful, but in daily life, many women have various misconceptions. One of the misconceptions: the demand for larger breasts. As mentioned earlier, breast size should be in harmony with all parts of the body. Some patients who undergo breast augmentation are obsessed with making their breasts bigger, which results in a strong feeling of artifice and falsehood. After the surgery, they feel that something is wrong and regret it too late, which is harmful to their bodies. An extreme and relevant example is breast enlargement (or even gigantism). Breast enlargement is often accompanied by breast sagging. In mild cases, special bras can be used to lift the breasts. In severe cases, not only do they lose their proportional, slim curves, but their thick and bloated shape makes it difficult to walk. In addition, breast drop causes neck and back pain, breathing embarrassment when lying down, both sides of the breast under the crease area prone to eczema, erosion. Misconception No. 2: Deliberate attention to advertising, ignoring everyday details. There are many women who pay special attention to breast beauty advertisements. However, these advertisements are sometimes overwhelming on the one hand, and on the other hand, quite a few of them are pure bluff. In fact, you can improve the appearance of your breasts by paying attention to some details in your daily life. For example, wear a suitable bra, enhance nutrition, strengthen exercise, and massage the breasts frequently. These methods are good for your health and can also improve the elasticity and appearance of your breasts. After discussing more and understanding more, our understanding of breast beauty will gradually become deeper and naturally, every woman will know more about how to have perfect breasts.
