What are the symptoms of stomach cancer?

  Stomach cancer has become the number one killer of life and health. So do you know what are the symptoms of stomach cancer?  1.Supra-abdominal fullness and discomfort This feeling is more obvious when eating, and usually the patient feels full after eating a small amount of food, and no longer wants to eat more, and it is often accompanied by warmth and nausea. Since the location is mostly below or to the right of the navel, it is sometimes misdiagnosed as gallbladder disease, which is also an early symptom of stomach cancer.  2.Loss of appetite, emaciation and weakness This is also a common but non-specific group of early signs of stomach cancer. If loss of appetite appears together with stomach pain and hepatitis can be excluded, it should be paid particular attention. Some patients automatically restrict their daily diet because of bloating and belching after eating, resulting in weight loss, emaciation and weakness.  3.Nausea and vomiting Early symptoms of gastric cancer may include feeling of fullness after eating and mild nausea, which may be accompanied by pancreatic tumor in severe cases, and may start to appear as eating disorder. As nausea and vomiting will gradually develop into swallowing difficulty and food reflux. Further development of gastric cancer may lead to vomiting due to pyloric obstruction.  4.Hollow pain in the heart fossa This pain is not serious and can be tolerated, it is not related to eating, and it is easily manifested when resting quietly.  5.Vomiting blood and black stool When ulcers are formed on the surface of stomach cancer, vomiting blood and black stool will appear. 1/3 patients with stomach cancer often have small amount of bleeding, and early symptoms of stomach cancer are mostly manifested as positive fecal occult blood, and some of them may appear intermittent black stool, but some of them also visit the doctor with large amount of vomiting blood.
