How to detect stomach cancer early?

Who are the high-risk groups for gastric cancer?  1) Those who have H. pylori infection; 2) Those who have had gastric ulcer, gastric polyp, atrophic gastritis, remnant stomach, hypertrophic gastritis, pernicious anemia and other precancerous lesions of the stomach; 3) Those whose parents, children and siblings have gastric cancer; 4) Those who have bad habits such as long-term smoking, heavy alcohol consumption, especially hot food, pickled and barbecued food, and high salt food
