Patchy shadow on the right lung has more causes, it may be pneumonia, or it may be caused by tuberculosis or tumor. 1. Pneumonia: It is due to the stimulation of lung admissibility, bacteria and other factors. Pneumonia will be found with patchy shadow when doing imaging. 2. Tuberculosis: It is mainly related to infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. When Mycobacterium tuberculosis enters into human lung tissues, it will lead to lesions in lung tissues, so the examination will find a patchy shadow. 3. Tumor: it is usually seen in malignant tumor of lung. If it develops to the advanced stage, when there is mucous membrane rupture and bleeding, it is easy to find out that there is patchy shadow in lung tissue. If only a patchy shadow over the right lung is found at present, timely consultation should be made.
