In addition to abdominal pain, most of the clinical manifestations are accompanied by autonomic dysfunction, and the seizures are specifically sudden, violent, etc., lasting from a few minutes to several hours, and there are no symptoms during the interval; in some patients, they are accompanied by other types of seizures. In terms of ancillary tests, abdominal pain epilepsy can usually be seen with an evoked EEG. In terms of treatment, taking general anti-inflammatory and pain medication is not effective, and taking antiepileptic drugs is effective.
