What about poem surgery for pancreatic achalasia?

POEM (i.e., transoral endoscopic cardia sphincterotomy) has good near- and long-term efficacy in the treatment of pancreatic achalasia, is minimally invasive, has fewer complications, and has faster postoperative recovery, which is valuable for the treatment of pancreatic achalasia, especially severe pancreatic achalasia.
Pancreatic achalasia is defined as the absence of peristalsis in the body of the esophagus during swallowing and poor relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter.
POEM is performed by creating a submucosal tunnel to about 3 cm below the gastroesophageal junction by submucosal dissection at a distance of about 8-10 cm above the gastroesophageal junction, exposing the esophageal circular muscular layer, and then severing the esophageal cardia circular sphincter at a distance of 5-8 cm above the gastroesophageal junction and 3 cm below it by triangular blade.
In addition, other surgical treatments such as lower esophageal cardia myotomy ( Heller’s surgery) are also effective in treating cardia dystrophy with good results.
It is recommended that the patient should go to the relevant department of the hospital in time, under the guidance of professional doctors, improve the relevant examination, so as to clarify the diagnosis of the disease, and receive standardized treatment.
