What is the normal value of breast milk jaundice

The value of breast milk jaundice is related to age and other factors, and generally its serum total bilirubin should be less than or equal to the 95th percentile of the bilirubin curve, along with other characteristics.
Breast milk jaundice is often referred to as physiologic jaundice. The total serum bilirubin often does not exceed the 95th percentile of the hourly bilirubin curve or does not meet the criteria for phototherapeutic interventions at the appropriate age and other relevant risk factors. Also, their daily elevated serum bilirubin level should be less than 5 g/dl or less than 0.5 g/dl per hour.
In addition, physiological jaundice should also be characterized by good general condition; jaundice peaks in 4~5 days and subsides in 5~7 days in full-term infants, not exceeding 2 weeks at the latest; jaundice peaks in 5~7 days in preterm infants and improves in 3~4 weeks at the latest.
If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time for diagnosis and treatment.
