What’s wrong with chest pain when you bend over with your head down?

In clinical practice, patients with low bending chest pain are mainly caused by direct external force to the chest area, causing the patient to suffer from sternoclavicular joint subluxation or joint dislocation. When the patient bends down, it can stimulate the local damaged joint capsule tissue, which will produce pain. In addition, sternoclavicular fasciitis and local bursitis can cause local muscle contraction when the patient bends down, which can also cause pain. If an occupying lesion in the sternal region occurs, the lesion can be stimulated to produce pain when moving. Therefore, when this condition occurs, the activity should be reduced and the patient should rest in bed, and symptomatic treatment can be given to gradually relieve the pain phenomenon.
