The specific survival time of patients with stage 2a (IIA) fallopian tube cancer is affected by individual’s physical condition, pathological type, differentiation degree, surgical thoroughness, postoperative adjuvant therapy and other factors, and the five-year survival rate is generally 25%~40%. Tubal cancer is prevalent in women between 50~60 years old, its cause is unknown, and its main manifestations are vaginal discharge, abdominal pain, pelvic mass and so on. Stage IIA fallopian tube cancer is mainly caused by tumors involving unilateral or bilateral fallopian tubes and spreading or metastasizing into the uterus or ovaries. Patients with stage IIA fallopian tube cancer can undergo total uterine bilateral adnexectomy, and after active treatment, the five-year survival rate of patients (referring to the percentage of surviving for more than five years after treatment) is generally 25%-40%. If the patient’s condition is under stable control, his survival time will also be prolonged, but some patients will have recurrence, and the specific survival time also has individual differences. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals for treatment as early as possible, pay attention to rest after treatment, maintain emotional stability, and engage in physical exercise appropriately, in order to prolong the survival time and improve the prognosis.
