Sindilizumab can be used in combination with gemcitabine and platinum drugs for the treatment of advanced or recurrent squamous lung cancer. Sindilizumab is a recombinant fully human anti-programmed death receptor 1 monoclonal antibody, which mediates apoptosis of tumor cells through immune action, and can be used in combination with platinum and gemcitabine in the treatment of patients with inoperable advanced or recurrent squamous non-small cell lung cancer. In addition, it can also be used in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based drugs in advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that is negative for EGFR mutations. It can also be used in relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma that has been treated with a second-line regimen. Common adverse reactions include fever, anemia, abnormal nail function, and elevated transaminases. Use of the drug needs to be under the supervision of an oncologist.
