Tui Na for vomiting includes abdominal manipulation, back manipulation, and limb manipulation. Vomiting is a kind of disease in which the main clinical symptom is vomiting from the stomach due to the upward reversal of gastric qi (gastric qi rises instead of descends). The basic therapeutic principle of Tui Na manipulation is to reduce the rebelliousness and stop vomiting (to stop the upward flow of stomach qi and stop vomiting), and the basic treatment includes manipulation of the abdomen, back and limbs. 1. For abdominal manipulation, the patient is placed in a supine position with knees bent, and the one-finger Zen push method is used to go back and forth along the Ren vein in the abdomen, focusing on the mid-epigastric region, and the clockwise palm massage of the upper abdomen, as well as pointing and pressing the Tianshu (Heavenly Pivot), the mid-epigastric region, and the Shenque (Divine Que). 2. When operating on the back, the patient adopts the prone position, and pushes the bladder meridian on both sides of the back with the one-finger Zen Pushing Method, and kneads the spleen, stomach, and diaphragm with the fingers, in order to have the feeling of soreness and distension. 3. When manipulating the limbs, the main method is to knead the acupoints such as Neiguan and Ashansanli by finger kneading. Tui na manipulation requires professional training, if the patient has vomiting symptoms need to carry out tui na operation, need to go to the regular Chinese medicine related departments as soon as possible for treatment operation, not blindly operate by themselves.
