The 5-year survival rate of ovarian clear cell carcinoma is generally 30%-50%, and the specific survival time depends on the tumor stage and treatment method as well as the patient’s physical condition. Ovarian clear cell carcinoma accounts for 6% of all ovarian tumor cases, and its clinical stage can be divided into four stages: stage I is tumor confined to the ovary; stage II is tumor metastasis in the pelvis; stage III is abdominal and lymph node metastasis; stage IV is distant metastasis such as liver metastasis. The treatment is mainly surgical and combined with radiotherapy after surgery, but due to the different sensitivity of patients to treatment methods, radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs, as well as the different physical quality of patients, the treatment effect may also vary, and the survival rate cannot be generalized.
