Diagnostic criteria about renal anemia: 1, there is anemia, hemoglobin is lower than normal, generally positive cellular orthochromic anemia, bone penetration suggests hypoplasia; 2, there is a history of chronic kidney disease, the disease progresses slowly, thus there is impaired renal function, blood creatinine and urea nitrogen rise significantly, endogenous creatinine clearance rate decreases, GFR is lower than 30mL/min, blood creatinine generally exceeds 300umol/L The disease has reached the change of chronic kidney disease stage 3; 3. There are clinical symptoms of anemia, such as drowsiness, reduced appetite, pallor, peripheral weakness, significant memory loss, palpitations and shortness of breath after activity or at rest, and heart rate >100 beats/min on examination; 4. Except for anemia caused by other reasons, treatment of kidney disease is required to improve anemia.
