Taking a standard full-length photograph of both lower limbs is the easiest and most accurate way to diagnose O-leg. If you don’t have the means to take photographs, you can take separate full-length tibia and full-length femur films for analysis in conjunction with the patient’s appearance, which can also be diagnosed.
